Shipping is free to Europe over the value of £250. 
Shipping is free to Rest of World over the value of £350.

Tracking information is ONLY provided for courier deliveries. You will be provided with a separate emailed containing details of your dispatch. Alternatively, details may be sent via SMS if the phone number was added to your order.

Unless otherwise specified, all postage is dispatched via Royal Mail. If the option is available for a particular product or you have made pre-arrangements with us, then yes, your purchased item/s will be available to track.

Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

  • The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • The item must be returned with tags and packing 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

If your return is regarding a Refund, you will be refunded after the item has been inspected for the total sum of your purchase.

You will be given up to 20 days from when the product was received. Please make ensure you check your return before submitting it for dispatch.

You are liable for courier changes regarding Exchanges. If the item is faulty, we will refund you back this charge after verifying the item is ‘Like New’. 

Returned footwear and garments must be in it’s orginal packaging, with tags, labels and stickers where possible. Soles must have no wear. If footwear is returned with wear / damage these will be returned back to the customer.

Sale items can be returned for exchange or online store credit.
Free returns are not available on sale items.
